imx-base: Include gstreamer1.0-plugins-imx for i.MX6Q and i.MX6DL

gstreamer1.0-plugins-imx can only be used with i.MX6Q and i.MX6DL
(instead of any i.MX6) as the others does not provide a VPU. This
commit updates the default setting accordingly.
