u-boox-imx: Upgrade to 3.14.28-6QP_beta release

Update to latest fixes in 3.14.38-6QP_beta which adds
support for i.MX 7Dual and i.MX 6QuadPlus boot configurations.
Bug fixes for i.MX 6 boards including ARM errata fixes.
