rng-tools: 5 -> 6.6

- Update SRC_URI, previously upstream is dead, latest update is 2014

- Drop read_error_msg.patch

- Rework do_configure and do_compile

- Enable jitterentropy

License-Update: Upstream changed, but license is still gplv2
