packagegroup-core-base-utils: Make it machine specific

Recipe makes use of the variable MACHINE_FEATURES, which is machine
specific:

  ${@bb.utils.contains("MACHINE_FEATURES", "keyboard", "kbd", "", d)}

This patch avoids multiconfig errors such as:
