gst-fsl-plugin: Use PLATFORM=MX51, even for i.MX53.

This fixes non-working IPU decoder on i.MX53. The real fix is to
make PLATFORM=<...> machine dependent, this is a to-do.

Although the configure help says otherwise, the source code does
not check for _MX53.

Tested on i.MX53QSB.
