latencytop: fix SRC_URI and HOMEPAGE

Fixed:
WARNING: Failed to fetch URL http://www.latencytop.org/download/latencytop-0.5.tar.gz, attempting MIRRORS if available

Its homepage is also down, but can't find a proper one atm.
