linux-wrs: update SRCREV for mpc8315e-rdb

Fixes [BUGID: 423]

The mpc8315e-rdb BSP failed to build due to -Os being used
in the boot code. The fix that doesn't involve changing
the compiler is to remove -Os in the powerpc code and keep
it contained on the BSP branch.
