classes/populate_sdk_ext: adjust variable blacklisting

* Blacklist SSTATE_DIR, DL_DIR and TMPDIR by default to avoid problems
  such as the one mentioned in [YOCTO #9605].
* Blacklist BB_NUMBER_PARSE_THREADS since we already blacklist
  BB_NUMBER_THREADS and they may be set separately.

Fixes [YOCTO #9605].
