lsof: minor recipe cleanup

  - Add HOMEPAGE
  - Remove ${S} from LIC_FILES_CHKSUM path
  - Use tabs consistently to indent do_configure()
  - Re-order LIC_FILES_CHKSUM definition to follow OE style guide
