classes: rootfs-postcommands: avoid exception in overlayfs_qa_check
The overlayfs_qa_check in the rootfs-postcommands class throws an
exception if the overlayfs distro feature is enabled but no global
OVERLAYFS_MOUNT_POINT is specifived.
