imx-test: Upgrade to 5.3 version

- Remove the ar3k hciattach since bluez4 and 5 support BT.
- mxc_mlb_test:  Use one file for mlb test - rename to generic name.
- mxc_sim_test:  Handle errors when running on un supported sim cards.
