xf86-video-imxfb-vivante: Upgrade to 3.10.31-1.1.0 beta

-It has a support for i.MX6 SoloX SOC.
-xf86-video-imxfb-vivante is compatible with
 new GPU libraries.

The license checksum has change due the copyright's
year adjustments; there are no changes in the license terms.
