oeqa/selftest/cases/gcc.py: Split 'gcc' and 'g++' testsuites

Split the GccCrossSelfTest testcase into separate testcases for 'gcc'
and 'g++' respectively. In order to split them use the "check-gcc-*"
language make check targets.
