qemu-qoriq: overide do_install_ptest

qemu-qoriq reuses poky's qemu.inc which has upgraded to 5.1.
qemu-qoriq is based on 4.1 in which tests/data/acpi/disassemle-aml.sh
does not exist. This leads to do_install_ptest fail.

Override do_install_ptest in qemu-qoriq recipe.
