linux-yocto/3.4: perf, unionfs and yaffs2 fixes

Updating the 3.4 SRCREVs to pickup the following changes:

  6297e4c perf: add sgidefs.h to for mips builds
  69b7817 yaffs: add leading underscore to mtd_info function names
  160f1ac yaffs: change type for mode to umode_t
  2d875e8 Unionfs: use mode_t
