lighttpd: convert from autotools to meson

virtual/crypt is a hard dependency in meson builds.

ipv6 support is determined automatically.

The rest of the options are converted where available;
not every autoconf option exists in meson.

Modules are now packaged in /usr/lib/lighttpd, so adjust packaging accordingly.
