meta-ide-support: Fix PKG_CONFIG_SYSROOT_DIR and PKG_CONFIG_PATH

Fix PKG_CONFIG_SYSROOT_DIR and PKG_CONFIG_PATH to make them point
to the correct directory path.

This fixes [BUGID #340].
