update-rc.d.bbclass: override UPDATERCD for nativesdk

Override UPDATERCD for nativesdk.
Without, update-rc.d is installed to /usr/sbin/update-rc.d
with meta-toolchain if nativesdk recipe inherits update-rc.d. An
example recipe for this is dbus.
