toolchain-shar-extract.sh: Preserve ICECC_PATH

ICECC_PATH wasn't being preserved in the environment when it was
reinitialized. This prevented toolchain installs from being able to use
icecream by setting ICECC_PATH when icecc isn't in $PATH
