linux-yocto-dev: Set KBRANCH with =

The "?=" assignment to KBRANCH in kernel-yocto.bbclass is selected prior to
the one in this recipe and makes it "master" as a result.

Change the KBRANCH assignment back to "=" as how it was done before.
