lttng-modules: Replace '/lib' with ${nonarch_base_libdir}

Do not assume '/lib' for kernel modules location, instead use
${nonarch_base_libdir}. When 'usrmerge' is enabled, kernel modules are not
located in /lib/modules, but /usr/lib/modules.
