imx-vpuwrap: Upgrade to v4.3.4

Add INSANE_SKIP for file-rdeps to fix QA Issue.

set hasColorDesc and fullRange in VPU_DecGetInitialInfo.

Fix H264 failure due to too many MBI buffers.
