imx-parser: Upgrade to 4.5.1

- MP3 PARSER: Fix Google Play Music can't seek mp3
- FLAC PARSER: Check meta header lenght to avoid a null header
- ASF PARSER: Add protection when need to allocate large size memory
- Some other fixes for: AVI/MPEG2/MP4 PARSER
