imx8qxpmek: Add PCI, OP-TEE, Broadcom WiFi, and device trees

Fix missing pci support.

Add OP-TEE support. Add optee to MACHINE_FEATURES to enable OP-TEE
in u-boot-imx. OP-TEE is currently not supported by u-boot-fslc.

Enable Broadcom 4356, 4359, and 43455 WiFi modules.

Add device trees for PCIE EP, lcdif, and rpmsg.
