Use PYTHON_SITEPACKAGES_DIR insted of hard-coded *site-packages*

For thoese recipes that are inheriting python*-dir.bbclass, there is
already a PYTHON_SITEPACKAGES_DIR present, use that definition replacing
redundant "${libdir}/python*/site-packages".
