xserver-xorg: move shared EXTRA_OECONF entries to shared .inc

* after this xserver-xorg-lite.inc is disabling only dri/glx
  and xserver-xorg.inc is forcing dri/dri2 enabled
  the rest is defined in xserver-xorg-common.inc
