qtbase: x11 support for qt5 - disable eglfs

EGLFS and Xcb-EGL backends are exclusive, configure qt appropriately
  on mx5 as is already done for the mx6 family

  Note: X11 support depends on previous amd-gpu-x11-mx51 patch
