cantest :update recipes for support Qoriq

*update SRC_URL and update to 9a97358
 include the following changes
 9a97358 - cantest: add build support in flexbuild

*add EXTRA_OEMAKE
 This recipe currently relies on EXTRA_OEMAKE

*remove COMPATIBLE_MACHINE
 nxp release will not support ppc machine
