license changed from GPLv3+ to GPLv2.
(In version 1.5 the maintainer mistakenly changed the copyright holder from
Andrew Moore to the FSF. In versions 1.18 he restored the original COPYING.)

* ed.texi: New chapter "The 's' Command".
* COPYING: Restored.
