u-boot-qoriq: update to LSDK-20.04

Update u-boot-qoriq from u-boot-qoriq_2019.09 to u-boot-qoriq_2020.04 since
LSDK-19.09 doesn't support 'make u-boot-initial-env'.

Fixes incompatibility to OE-core commit
