linux-yocto/stable: update crownbay kernel configuration

Updating the meta branch to contain the latest crownbay
configuration tweaks.

e1f85a4 wrs_meta: turn on OHCI USB config option
8be8e45 wrs_meta (crownbay): turn on AHCI SATA option
