lxc: remove rdepend perl-module-warnings-register

The module does not exist any more. Its content (warnings/register.pm)
has been moved to the main perl package. Introduced by commit:
(poky: 51cbb5ae76a22d465e2f6c5ef923ec2682624e3b)
     * File warnings/register.pm has been moved to package perl
Fix:
