kern-tools: initialization and meta branch fixes

Bumping the kern-tools SRCREV to pickup the following fixes and documentation
updates:

  d484e3f kgit-meta: remove hardcoded meta directory name
  affad20 yocto-kernel-tools: Typoes, "fragement", "depreciated"
  142ed49 kgit-init: update tools list
