cst: update to 2737b8b

*update to lsdk 1903 tag
include the following change
2737b8b - LX2160A:SD Boot: Adds input files to sign firmware images.
6be878a - Ls1028A: Add uni_pbi command in script to sign rcw image.
7aace25 - LS1028A: Add input files to sign the firmware images.
6d83dd8 - Removes "All Rights Reserved" Text.
