gnutls: Fix configure issue wrt to rm

Add -f option so if the files dont exist then we can
still continue. Fixes errors like

| + for dir in . lib libextra
| + rm ./aclocal.m4 ./m4/libtool.m4 './m4/lt*.m4'
| rm: cannot remove `./m4/libtool.m4': No such file or directory
| rm: cannot remove `./m4/lt*.m4': No such file or directory
