icecc.bbclass: Fix STAGING_BINDIR_TOOLCHAIN usage

STAGING_BINDIR_TOOLCHAIN is actually a path list, not a single path. Fix
icecc.bbclass to try all the paths in the variable instead of treating
it as a single path.
