sstate: Avoid indirect autoconf-archive-native dependencies

remove the indirect dependcy of autoconf-archive-native via
SSTATE_EXCLUDEDEPS_SYSROOT to avoid not needed .m4 installed
into sysroot, which may cause compile problem.
