kernel-module-imx-gpu-viv: Upgrade to 6.4.0.p1.0

Since commit [64d58e36978e7227b8907f2b2be0ec5a643cdf70] kernel branch
and version has been updated.

Vivante kernel module should be matched with Kernel recipe therefore
this update is also required.
