task-base: synchronize with OE version, few features removed

- OE version of task-base generate task-base-FEATURE package for each
entry from MACHINE_FEATURES.
- some entries were removed because Poky does not support them
- packages are generated only for supported features + BT and WiFi

Cleaned up task-poky and Poky images.

By default we install task-poky-boot and task-base. Additional stuff was split
to several tasks and each got IMAGE_FEATURE.

prism-firmware: added support of loading 1.8.4 firmware for Prism2/3 CF cards on insert

This will give possibility of using WPA/WPA2 for users which cards have firmware
older then 1.7.4 (which was first version with WPA support).
It is alternative to reflashing cards.

Tested on Prism2 and Prism3 cards, replace all previous ways of supporting them.

make xvideo-tests depends on virtual/libx11, not libx11 !
because libx11 breaks the build by removing Xlib.h from stagging.
whereas virtual/libx11 resolves to dietxlib that is okay.

Updated test-xvideo_svn.bb.

To set SRCDATES_test-xvideo, don't use sanesrcdates.inc - it is not used anymore.
use poky.conf instead.
needless to add srcdate=blah in SRC_URI now.
